A Wilson County native, Teresa Hatcher has been significantly engaged in the real estate business for several years sitting on both sides of the closing table as a buyer and seller. Her clients have included families looking to upgrade, first time home buyers, large developers seeking investment opportunities, and others making acquisitions for commercial and retail space.

For more than 20 years she has served as an investor and board member of a company that built and developed Wilson County’s first 18-hole championship golf course, private country club, and residential community. Through this experience she has seen firsthand some of the challenges and issues with which developers and home builders must reckon and this has uniquely qualified her to deal with a plethora of clients both big and small.

Teresa, while earning her undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, is also an alumnus of Lebanon’s Cumberland University, a private independent school founded in 1842.

Her professional career, albeit focused on real estate, has also included time served as a court reporter. Much of the work she does with respect to court reporting is with local government agencies or commissions such as planning, zoning and boards of zoning appeals, where she is responsible for recording witness and applicant testimonies for formal records.

Besides her grandchildren, ages three to eight, Teresa’s interests include gardening and travel.

With 20+ years in the finance industry, Rhonda obtained her real estate license in the State of Alaska in 2012. She obtained her Associate Broker license in early 2015, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) Designations in June 2017, and Affiliate Broker license in the state of Tennessee early 2018. She is the recipient of the Platinum Award of Excellence in 2020 and 2021, Gold Award in 2019, Silver Award for 2018, Certification of Excellence-Top Producer Award in 2016 and 2017 and was featured in the Top Agent Magazine. Scotty was born into the finance and real estate world with his mother and father both working in the industries. He had a calling to serve his country, and in October 2010 he enlisted in the U. S. Army as an infantryman. He was stationed at Fort Riley, KS where he deployed with 4-4 CAV to Afghanistan in February 2011. In April 2011 while on patrol in Afghanistan, Scotty was shot 10 times. He spent the next four years healing, and then was medically retired. Due to his injuries Scotty found solace in archery and became a professional archer within the U. S. Paralympic program. Music has always played a big part in his life, but never more than now. He takes refuge in the songs he writes and performs, and he is now a singer/songwriter. He is working on releasing his music soon.
