Bobby recently moved back to Lebanon after retiring from a 32-year career with the Postal Service.  Although he grew up in California, he developed many friends, acquaintances and a love for Middle Tennessee through his military service at Fort Campbell, KY, education at Volunteer State Community College and early career assignments.

A Wilson County native, Teresa Hatcher has been significantly engaged in the real estate business for several years sitting on both sides of the closing table as a buyer and seller. Her clients have included families looking to upgrade, first time home buyers, large developers seeking investment opportunities, and others making acquisitions for commercial and retail space.

For more than 20 years she has served as an investor and board member of a company that built and developed Wilson County’s first 18-hole championship golf course, private country club, and residential community. Through this experience she has seen firsthand some of the challenges and issues with which developers and home builders must reckon and this has uniquely qualified her to deal with a plethora of clients both big and small.

Teresa, while earning her undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, is also an alumnus of Lebanon’s Cumberland University, a private independent school founded in 1842.

Her professional career, albeit focused on real estate, has also included time served as a court reporter. Much of the work she does with respect to court reporting is with local government agencies or commissions such as planning, zoning and boards of zoning appeals, where she is responsible for recording witness and applicant testimonies for formal records.

Besides her grandchildren, ages three to eight, Teresa’s interests include gardening and travel.

With 20+ years in the finance industry, Rhonda obtained her real estate license in the State of Alaska in 2012. She obtained her Associate Broker license in early 2015, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) Designations in June 2017, and Affiliate Broker license in the state of Tennessee early 2018. She is the recipient of the Platinum Award of Excellence in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, Gold Award in 2019, Silver Award for 2018, Certification of Excellence-Top Producer Award in 2016 and 2017 and was featured in the Top Agent Magazine. She also appeared on the famous HGTV show “Living Alaska” which aired on Season 1, Episode 4.

I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry as an appraiser for 22 years.

After 15 years of operating a home-based independent contractor appraisal company, raising two boys, volunteering at school, helping with fundraisers, and carpooling kids all over town, I decided to pivot my career and I joined Capital Real Estate Services in Lebanon TN as an Affiliate Broker. I have a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and have spent most of my career working on a wide spectrum of properties in rural Middle Tennessee. 

I have and always will be a strong advocate for my clients and my appraisal  experience will be a strong asset when it comes to market knowledge, setting  expectations, negotiating contracts, and handling any appraisal issue that may pop up.

Krista is a mother of 2 boys, mother-in-law to a bonus daughter, wife of a local architect, and passionate realtor. After 17 years in education, Krista earned her realtors license in 2020. After working with a local real estate company, she joined Capital Real Estate due to its family-like atmosphere. Born and raised in Wilson County, Krista has a vast knowledge of the area and its real estate market. She has also purchased and renovated homes around the state of Tennessee. She has a respect for her clients, and she brings honesty and joy to the home buying process. Originally from Illinois, Ryan has called middle Tennessee home for almost ten years. It’s been a blessing having the opportunity to work with individuals of high character that place a client’s interest above their own at Capital Real Estate Services.
