Welcome! We’ve had lots of great changes this year. A new (100 year old!) location, a new website, and 4 new agents! If you haven’t had a chance to stop and see our new office, please do! In the world of tearing down old things to bring in the new, we just love our old house that’s oozing charm and character, while serving our clients in the most comfortable environment ever.

Back to the website: One of the biggest new components to our website is our custom search engine that brings the accuracy of RealTracs data with the design and ease of use found at real estate sites like Zillow. Give it a whirl and let us know what you think!

While we’ve done a big upgrade on our look and online infrastructure, there are some things that we will never change. We’re never going to stop helping our clients get the most they can for their property. (Ask to see our comps compared to other companies and see why our FB hashtag is #neighborhoodcompsjustwentup!) We’re never going to stop helping our clients who are purchasing save more money than they do elsewhere. We are excellent negotiators and pride ourselves on the details that make a difference.

Likewise, Capital Real Estate Services is never going to stop giving back to our community. Capital gives back because we love where we live and we want to see it continue to thrive. We’ve created a page where we’ll continually update the places we’re serving in the community.
